 We started as a group of determined mothers meeting to find a solution. Our children have been languishing inside the system’s facilities deprived of all that is known to promote healing. Failed systems with no continuity or standard of care. We decided that we would redirect all of our energies into restoring health by applying the scientific principles that are being ignored by those who provide treatment.  We’ve decided to bring our loved ones home, but not just to any home. 

A home that will return the humanity and provide them with purpose.  Lives are being lost while we wait for an act of legislation. We say, “Enough!” We have heard the stories of mourning mothers and the cries of those who lie abandoned in streets, jails and locked facilities after their moms have died.

WHY YOUR HELP CAN CHANGE EVERYTHING

We are Moms moving mountains to build what has been screaming to be manifested – a supportive home akin to the ones that people with developmental disorders receive.  

Haven’t our loved ones been neglected far too long? The stigma is profound!  Why is no one recovering from mental illness?  Why the rows of homeless keep growing in every city?  

We ask you to PARTNER WITH US to change the concept of treatment and what intentional support should be. Then watch the transformation! 

If you are a mom, a dad, a brother, or a sister of the 3.2 million of people with schizophrenia in the US please team up with us. If you have seen your loved one deteriorate on the streets, in jails and inside the system’s facilities stricken not only by mental illness but by diabetes, pancreatitis, fatty liver disease, kidney disease, memory loss, obesity and other ailments derived from long-term medication – you know that there is nothing more important than providing a permanent home that will help them heal.  We are the families of the “forgotten” population that becomes more and more visible as homelessness grows in every street of every city

We are not politicians. We are mothers who see faces, not numbers! We can’t wait. Our sons are real people. They are suffering right now, and THEY NEED YOUR HELP.

The word Symphony means “sounding together”. This entails the blending of sounds that sound good together.

Sound together with us! The Symphony is the community that donates monthly and wants this change to happen fast. A symphony needs instruments and DONATION is the instrument needed now!  So much funding has been put into the development of medications, but so little has been put in providing a TRUE HOME where the seriously mentally ill can feel useful and precious.

Let’s create the most beautiful symphony.  Whole Mind Symphony heals the mind by making the mind whole again, honoring spirit and body.
