
You can benefit yourself and a loved one by ENROLLING in the WMS Course on Nutrition for Mental Health, an online course that teaches how to reduce and even eliminate anxiety, depression and mitigate the symptoms of schizophrenia and other disorders. This is a course on prevention and recovery. Food is treatment! Families, Peers, Peer Specialists, caretakers, Board & Care Operators, Mental Health Workers and Schools can benefit as well as anyone who wants to learn how to create better health and remove inflammation, which is the cause of chronic illness. You can also become a SPONSOR, which allows us to provide scholarships to those who can't afford the course tuition. Course will start with a minimum of 20 people registered.

Q&A after each class with the instructors. The course entitles the
participation in a close FB group where students will be able to continue
gaining support after the course completion.
